My sister is currently in the memory care section and I visit her about once a week She has a nice clean room and the personnel in this section that I have interacted with have been both pleasant and helpful. My sister is for the most part happy and, thus, I am happy.

I would like to appreciate one employee in particular, Patricia who works at the reception desk. She always greets me with a hello and smile as she facilitates my health check, sign in, and entry/exit from the secure memory section. I've watched her juggle several phone calls and requests for assistance from visitors, potential customers, medical personnel, and staff. She handles them with efficiency and energy maintaining a positive attitude. She is the kind of employee I would have looked to hire when I managed emergency operations before I retired. She's a keeper.
